ePharmacy revolution: Dispensing UX brilliance

At HealthXchange Pharmacy, a Guernsey-based leader in aesthetic treatments, there was a pressing need to align their online service with their renowned market reputation. My involvement was critical in evolving their fulfillment systems and refining the customer experience for prescription orders, fostering growth and setting new industry benchmarks. This case study reflects on the strategic UX overhaul that elevated their e-commerce platform.

My role

As a Lead UX Designer, my contributions were pivotal in steering the project towards its objectives:

  • Task models and user journeys: Mapping out comprehensive models and journeys to facilitate a fluid and intuitive user experience

My comprehensive UX strategy comprised:
